Ascot Racecourse hosts 21 racedays outside of Royal Ascot each year. Most of the racedays feature two enclosures: King Edward VII and Queen Anne.
For your convenience, you may select your preferred car park from an in-app list as the drop‑off or pick‑up location whilst booking your journey in the Wheely app by entering “Ascot Racecourse”. Car Park 3 is located closest to all enclosures. Car Park 2 is exclusively for owners and trainers.
During Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup (Sunday 10th August), you may request our chauffeurs to pick you up at Car Park 1, the nearest car park to post-race concert.

All journeys to and from Ascot may be booked on demand or in advance through the Wheely app, with full flexibility to add stops and additional passengers while en route. Direct journeys to and from London are priced at special fixed rates:

Our Business, First, and New First Classes can seat three passengers comfortably, or four with the armrest raised. XL and Kids Classes can seat up to six. Our Kids Class provides a certified KidFix safety seat, perfect for family racedays like the Howden Christmas Racing Weekend (Friday 22nd–Saturday 23rd December 2024).

You may also book journeys for guests not travelling in the same vehicle using our “Book for Another Person” feature. By providing your guest’s name and phone number in the app, you and your guest will receive the journey details. You may do this concurrently with your own journey booking.
Wheely members may also reserve their chauffeur for up to an entire day at a convenient hourly rate:
